If you want to make the purchase with credit card but cannot use our service – try to use PayPal’s express checkout where they also offer checkout with credit card.
If you live outside Sweden there is a possibility your bank is blocking your payment. In that case, please contact the bank where your card is issued and ask them to allow you to make the purchase.

You can choose to pay with Klarna checkout or with Stripe using credit or debit cards. Klarna is available in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Netherlands and Austria.
All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including VAT and no other fees are added. When you order from a country outside of the EU Swedish VAT is deducted from the price, instead you pay VAT and customs duty in your country.
PARETO Watches ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
PARETO Watches offers free shipping worldwide.
We offer free shipping. Additional costs such as toll can occur outside of EU, subject to customs tariffs governed by local authorities.
The normal delivery time is 2-4 working days from the day the order was placed. If a product is out of stock or if the shipment is made to remote locations, the delivery time can be longer. We ship with Postnord worldwide. We can offer you tracking-services.
Please control that the item you received is correct and flawless at the time of delivery and check for delivery damages. If you have received the wrong item or the product has been damaged in delivery, please read below “How do I return a product?” Complaints Returns must be made within 14 days after reception.
As a customer, you have the right to return and receive a full refund of any purchased PARETO product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the watch must never be used and in the exact new condition as when you received the watch.

Please note that notification about a complaints return shall be done upon reception of the product or latest 14 days after reception.
You will receive an email confirming the registration of your returned product. Your refund will be repaid within 3-5 business days. If you have not received an email within two weeks from the date you returned your package, please contact our customer service with your order and tracking number.
It takes between two to three weeks for an item to be repaired.
The PARETO warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase. A PARETO watch is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a hardware defect arises please use the return instructions above.

All PARETO movements require a battery which is available in most watch retailers and supermarkets worldwide. The battery is a standard silver oxide cell battery. Please check your manual for the correct battery type. We recommend contacting a professional watch dealer to change the battery on your watch. Please protect the environment and dispose of the battery properly.
The estimated life span of the battery is 2-4 years depending on external conditions such as temperature and humidity.
The warranty does not cover a shattered watch glass. To get it replaced, please contact email@example.com or fill in a RETURN FORM above.
The PARETO watch is designed to withstand everyday use and has a 3ATM water resistance rating. Exposure to high humidity and light rain showers are acceptable, however you should avoid wearing the watch whilst showering, swimming, diving or during any other activity where it may be subjected to abnormal water pressures or environments where abnormal heat and moisture are present (i.e. ‘Saunas’ or ‘Hot Tubs’). This combination may have a negative impact on the seals and gaskets of the timepiece.
Leather wristbands are not suitable to wash with water. Your leather wristband is made from naturally tanned calf leather which will over time develop an inherent, natural patina that improves with age. Nevertheless we suggest you limit the wristband’s expose to moisture and avoid complete submersion into water which will significantly deteriorate the quality and feel of the wristband.
