Terms and conditions

These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the website and forms a contract between you and P Watches AB, Swedish company registration number 559103-9531, PO BOX 1108 , 116 74 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter “PARETO Watches”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.


Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your e-mail address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Payment methods

PARETO offers payments by KLARNA and Stripe. Klarna handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments. For further questions about how our partners handle information please contact Klarna support.

Prices and additional costs

PARETO Watches holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel PARETO Watches to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

PARETO Watches has the right to involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice.

Product images

The product images and information texts have been designed to be as close to reality as possible. PARETO Watches reserves the right for any errors that may appear on the website and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the presented products. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

VAT, duties/or taxes

All prices include Swedish VAT (25%). When you order from a country within the EU you pay the price including VAT and no other fees are added. When you order from a country outside of the EU Swedish VAT is deducted from the price, instead you pay VAT and customs duty in your country.

PARETO ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If any such additional charges occur they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Cancellation/return orders

Private Consumers have the right to cancel a purchase and return the order free of charge within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to return an order they should fill in the RETURN FORM and enclose the form with the returned product. The cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to PARETO Watches will be on the consumer.

If a product has been discontinued, PARETO Watches has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. PARETO Watches will notify the customer and offer a replacement or equivalent product if available.

Retention of title

All products remain in PARETO Watches property until full payment is made.

Deliveries and delays

PARETO Watches offer free shipping worldwide.

Deliveries are made from Sweden in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order.

Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with PARETO Watches either by email or telephone.

Transportation damages

PARETO Watches accepts the economic responsibility if products are damaged or missing during transport. It is important that you as a customer carefully check your products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct as ordered. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should without delay and no later than 14 days after delivery, contact PARETO Watches as well as the Delivery firm. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. Please refer  to the return procedure and RETURN FORM  in FAQ. Defective products returned must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during return transport. PARETO Watches has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. The economic responsibility is the customers if products are damaged or missing during the return transport.


PARETO Watches responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of the sale. PARETO Watches bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm due to delivery related problems.


The warranty is guaranteed against manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, crystal, case) and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser. Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty.

If a warranty claim arises within the warranty period please refer to FAQ for information on the repair procedure for your particular timepiece.


-Wristwatch case, lens or back plate tarnished through general wear and ageing of the product.
-Bracelets/Straps and connecting pin
-Damage caused by accident, misuse or lack of care
-Defect of internal of external components due to contact with water or moisture.
-Lack of receipt or document to prove date of purchase of the product

The warranty shall be deemed void if the case of the timepiece has been opened for inspection or service, dismantled or repaired by unauthorized service.

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term:
-Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
-Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
-Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
-Esthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the colour on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)

Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

Force Majeure

PARETO Watches shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights including the PARETO logo, PARETO designs, trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by PARETO Watches. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of PARETO Watches.

The website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. PARETO Watches does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for example suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise are offended by such content, please contact our customer service.


All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police and PARETO Watches reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

Privacy policy

PARETO Watches will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase and treat all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. PARETO Watches do not store or share credit card information with third parties. We do not share personal information, e-mail, or contact details to any third party. For delivery purposes your contact information is provided to our delivery partner. Please note that our website uses cookies to increase customer experience.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the website are governed by Swedish law. PARETO Watches follows the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Authority. The Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.


PARETO Watches reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the website at its sole discretion. For example if PARETO Watches suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.


PARETO Watches may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and PARETO Watches. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.
